Starchoice Free To Air Channels???

Can any one hit bird anik 107F1 I see that AMC channel is open free to air and other's. I just need comformation that its running free to air and you are getting it. There are C & Ku Band channels showing DVB clear on that sat.

Now the setting for the LNB is 10750 If that dont work try Universal2 or 1

Do a fresh bline scan so it picks up the active TP's. Doing a search from the sat index will only use the TP's that were save in the unit.

With StarChoice (the Canadian provider that uses Anik F1), there are 2 sets of “free” channels. AMC East is a new channel on StarChoice but you have to have a subscription to them to get that channel in a “freeview” platform
Knowledge, Access, CKUA, Voice Print, Shopping…those are free and any previously activated SC box can get those as long as it wasn’t disconnected with Digital Basic package on it.

Main reason can't get those.I've noticed a few like that say clear but then find out its Digicipher

not yet.I plan on getting another Dish and motor later.The old Primestar I have now elevation is about 10 degrees off

about 30 u.s stations (+about 10epeats) 4channels that say (powervu) 4 etn channels (says free diferent can cities scrambled though says 5.8594MS/s in title) 3 irdeto channels ,shoopers drug mart which doesnt come in(says scopus net under nagravison) about 10 channels listed as tv 7510,7511 (wont come in signal is 0 or real low)
the w--- ones come in no problem..will check what cities

If so I will move the 3 foot dish here and see what I get tomorow.

Ok thanks wylcherry I will do that for sure. It would be nice to have a good Ku Band channel list. I live near Ottawa Mike I get good singnal on the 36" dish on most of the sats. You will be abble to G10 and 97 amc3 has PBS for your kids. I think that there is GNF movies on 97 but there old .
