Password locked Dish Pro 301

I am running a disp pro 301 receiver. I bought it from another guy. Its password locked. How can I remove or reinstall a new password...?

And it show the time, 3 hours less than current time. How can I fix it?

Flash a virgin eeprom to it.

The time will have to be adjusted by programming the card.
