I have a yellow dish card w/Pena 28H blocker. Tried to get back in to change to new codespace blocker and it's giving me a returned "1200026F007" in nagramaster Rom utility (with loader), and "unlock failed" in N2edit2.3 beta9 (with ISO). Can't read, can't write. What the hell?
I've tried other passwords, and still no luck. Is there a program out there that I'm not aware of to unlock. I can't glitch back into the card because I believe Penga's blocker has an anti-glitch code in it. Is that correct?
