311 reciever & iso from mili

i just receive a 311 receiver and iso from mili and i 'm folowing the instruction to programmed the instruction Start your favorite text editor and open the latest Penga or other blocker of your choice where i could find the latest blocker please

In the download section,think its under bins and patchs.Its called 10B dicknet,make sure you use the one for I cams,not the one for plastic.
read the directions alot.Its not a Penga blocker,but its the only one working right now.It works good,I'm using the plastic version,on my 102's,for a day now

YA stay as far away from Penga's blocker's as you can ...LoL. your well on your way to unknown provider ....that's a fact ..hit 10x and get a I-cam blocker...there''s like 5 or 6 for I-cam's
