Was wondering if I can use my old HU loader to unlock rom102, and if yes, what do I need to flash it with?

You can only after modifying it. Towards the top of the page is a "ROM 102 Unlocking" link that will take you to a sticky regarding mods.

I see, but it only says about nexus,my loader got same dip switches, so you think if I just flash it with newd13 it should work?
