no, you need a tier program to create the patch. then you can use n2edit or nagraedit to apply the patch to your bin. this is before you patch the blocker

i have mr tierworks, however, i can not find a good copy of n2edit. all sites have bad files. any help.

Use the most recent N2Edit you have or if you don't have one download an older copy and open it and click on file then click on Check for Updates and it will update to v2.58 it worked for me.:D
