811 Internal Error

I have aquired a 811 that shows an internal error when powered up.
there is nothing in the sys info beside DSNAP - it is blank
There doesn't appear to be any tampering with the chip - no cut traces
or soldering marks so I don't think it has be tampered with.
has a remanufactured sticker on top of the main sticker on the back.

Can anything be done with this IRD

take the chip out and put it a card, their the rest away

Thanks Jack, when you go to the sys info screen - Dnsap is blank - it doesn't see the on board cam - makes me think the cam is dead.

it's tiled to the flash (card)
you have to hard wire a loder to see it
or
pull the chip, put it and a card and read it is a ISO

you need the sub card to read the informtion form it.
