nagraedit won't cooperate

started with virgin rom 102 @103

When I try to write hackkids 10b bin to my 102 with nagra edit 5.1 I get this error
Restoring DataSpace Pointer.
Updating BugCatcher table.
Alternate response received:

When I try to write with 5.2 I get this error

I d2c restored the bug table and then wrote the virgin 102 bin again with n2edit and started all over again. But this time I wrote the hackkids d2c nagraedit compliant intercept first and then tried to write the hack kids bin, same response. I can't get nargra edit to cooperate. Any suggestions?

Use N2Edit instead of NE.

I got that error in 5.2 as well but re-tried and it worked fine.

I need help, I test with three rom102 rev103 with the same problem. :confused:

Use N2Edit instead of NE.
I tried to write the hackkids bin with N2Edit. Dies with just the word ERROR during writing. Plus, in order to write the virgin bin back afterwards I have to run the 3 scripts I found in another post to straighten the card out first (Write Dataspace Pointer A7BF, ; Write Intercept, ; Write Bug Table). After that I can write the virgin bin and any of the Penga bins. But the Penga bin only gets me my locals and the at the moment.

dude same thing happened to me writing dish image with codespace blocker using ne 5.1 to a converted bev card and an icam. card is still unlocked so i just rewrote the virgin dish image to card and then rewrote the bin. it took a couple a times but its all good now.

Thanks for the help guys, but nothing worked. I switched to the smithy bin and wrote it with n2edit. All is well again.
