Can a White Nexus be used in Place of a ISO?

Can a White Nexus Unlocker be used in place of a ISO? If so what settings do you have to use? Where do the jumpers need to be? What program to use? I am doing a DP311 and I have it unlocked and at Rev 281.

newer N2edits like version 5.7 and 5.5 and 5.8 support loaders as programmers, you have to flash it with newdrs and it will work as a programmer.
