How To Use MR-Tierworks

1. Open MR-Tierworks and select the Time Zone, Zip Code & Remap. Scroll through the other menus and select the channels you want.

2. If you would like to tighten up the PPV Strings then select "Add PPV Strings". NOTE: You need to uncheck the PPV boxes in the previous step for this to work correctly.

2a. Fill in all of your info in the left hand column under IN DEC. It will automatically edit in the IN HEX column. It is not necessary to change the Min & Max Chan but if you would like to then here you would add 488 (First Adult Channel) for Min Chan and 538 (Last Movie Channel) for Max Chan. The important info you want to change is the event IDs. So for PPV Low you would add 38000 and for PPV High you would add 39000. NOTE: The IDs are just an estimation and will work but they can be tighter. Use the Info Guide on your TV to get the ID and come up with a range.

2b. Select "Generate PPV String" then "Done" to close. You should now see a 1 next to # PPV's. You can create more than 1 string. For example you could create a string for Porn, a string for Movies and even a string for Sports.

3. Next select the 1st of the 3 icons above Zip Code & enter the expirery date you want then save.

4. Select 2nd icon & select “Get Keys” then select “Save And Write Keys”.

5. Select the 3rd icon and enter Cam ID, IRD & Box Keys you want to use. Select “Save And Write When Patching Bin”.

6. Next select "Organize And Wipe Tiers" and when you are prompted, select the image you are using for the card. Wait until you see a message saying that the image has been organized and wiped. After all info is entered and correct, then select “Modify Bin File” and again when you are prompted, select the same card image.

If you would like to save this configuration for future use and/or if you have more than 1 receiver that you set-up then select the "File" tab then select the "Save INI File" tab. Name the file and save it in the MR-Tierworks folder.


At this point, use your favorite bin editor (like N2Edit) to patch the latest blocker and write the image to your card.

The local remap is not working for some areas (i.e. Dayton).
You can fix the blackout in Nagra loader though.

Doesn't the same dude make both? DT Tierworks is no longer being updated I don't think. I think the latest versions of DT Tierworks are now Mr. Tierworks. Not 100% on this though. I'll have to look into it to be sure.

when viewing the saved bin from a married card in N2Edit the lines for the cam id, ird id, and boxkeys are 16 bits long. which ones are you supposed use? just the first 8 and zero out the rest? any clarification on this would be appreciated.

Mr Tierworks is a one man operation now, whereas DT Tierworks was more than one.

DT Tierworks tiers are mostly expired now. When you have used DT and are now using MR you can appreciate the subtle changes made to the program.
It is possible to change the expiration dates to DT, but why bother when MR Tierworks is working and a better version with imporved interface, IMHO!

the card is married to the receiver, so the numbers are also on the card. I just want to know which 8 bits are correct

jimary365, you do not have to enter IRD, BK and Cam if it is already in your image. Just make sure that if you open that icon, just select "Cancel" instead of "Save and Write When Patching Bin".

As for your question "then why do I need to enter camid and ard ird id in the boxes in mr tierworks?", this is just a useful tool should you want to use the image in a different receiver.

Having problem with missing channels, namely 188 and 189, 200, 202 etc. Using MrTierworks V2.3, still cannot get channels even though I enable 60, 120 and 180. Any suggestions? Equipment is 811 and using NagraMaster via Mik-N2.

Never seen that error before. I would guess that it's an invalid file or you might need to download the software again.

Hi, and thank you for the great work! I'm having one small problem with Mr.Tierworks using a Rom103 Equivalent & a Mikobu N2. I can get every tier to appear except the Adults. I would like to manually insert that PPV string "In DEC" Min Chan: 488 Max Chan:500. Then, Generate PPV String. What confuses me is if I should uncheck the corresponding boxes from the Main Programming Tiers or not?

Can anyone help provide a little more info about generating manual PPV Strings because Mr.Tierworks will not allow only 3 characters. So is the proper syntax 00488 - 00500?

Looking at the codes I see that TENClips are listed on two channels with different code for each - Are they two different channels? Same for Erotic Network ?

Also, How to generate !Add xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx patch for NagraEdit using these these code using MR-TierWorks?

i have downloaded every version in the down loads and it keeps saying missing ini file does anyone have 3.1 they could email me or post in the downloads for me?

I take the COR from my 921(103), change it to ST19.bn103. Open MrT and set up all channel info. But when I select the bin to save to in the menu only Rom102 shows up. Am I missing something?
