for gods sakes ppl everyone knows you use a 2700 for testing and not one of those other crappy "anti user-tampering" (aka vidmod required) models, ex. 301/311 501/511. unless you really like to get frustrated and waste your time.

what error are you getting? Winzip and rar are 2 different programs.

You will need a program called winrar to open this file. Google for it.

Kinda interesting that they compressed WINZIP with WINRAR?

Try using 7 Zip. Winrar has know spyware issues. 7Zip does almost everything with no spyware and free.
