Rom 10 Unlocking

Hello, Eveyone.. i'm a new user to this fourm and card programing i just aquired a rom 10 and it's a rev 21 just wondering if there is any prog's out there that will unlock this rom.. if you could help me out that would be great thx

Last I knew we can only unlock up to Rev20 with mighty loader. You will need a dealer to unlock the Rev21 for rom 10 or Rev 380 or 381 for rom 3 cards
