I want to change from Market Realm to c0d3sP4c3 - ROM 102 Blocker v12.0p Auto Lock10B. Can I use TierWorks 27.5 (ep.102) to put my locals in the .bin102 file? I know I have to change the box keys & IRD#. I am new at plastic programming, but I prefer to have my locals (Spokane). If I can't use Tierworks 27.5,what would be another way I could get my locals with this new 10b. Is it thesame procedure sa Texas Trophy's guide as above? I am using NagraEdit 5.2 ( is this the best program for this). Any help on these concerns would be much apprieciated.
