Still cannot read ROM102 cards with ISO

Hi,
I have an iso with a jumber for both 3.57 and 3.68, It has a label digitalclinic on it and no case. when I try to read a ROM102 I get ATR:Error, but on the other hand I can read ROM10,3,2 and I can even read ROM102 interface for 311 receiver.
Any ideas what could cause this problem

What program are you trying to read it with? also the card may be looped.

I'm using either n2edit beta7 or nagraedit5.0 and the card is definitely not looped

I had the same problem except I never tried to read a 311 or so.... but I had to remove pins 4,6, and 8 from the rs232 9 pin connector and after that werked like a charm......
