6000 installation

Guys, what is the best way to setup my Dish 6000 IRD for HD?
Can I get a Dish 1000 and use a switch like SW64 with power inserter?
I have a Legacy Dish Pro500 for 110 and 119 right now with an SW21

I would like to get the 6000 for me and 301 running in second room.
What do I need to do?

The dish1000 would be perfect for what you want. It comes with a DPPtwin(110,119) that has an additional input for the 129. The good thing about the DPPtwin is that if a DP receiver (your 301) is hooked up on one feed, then the second feed will work on a legacy (6000) receiver with no DP adaptor. No additional switches needed.
