Need 301.10 NORSA tsop's @ p249

I need the flashes for a 301.10 eaea of eafd @ p249 and a virgin eeprom. For some reason with my receiver, it won't update even after I do a secter erase (SA3) it goes back to p248. I'm missing some channels that were there yerterday and come and go through out the day. I had this problem once before and updating the flash solved it last time. Unless someone can suggest something else (all antenna connections are good). Thanks

P248 and P249 are both being streamed.
Your receiver must not be on the list for upgrade to P249.

I understand what you are saying, then why are channels coming and going? All connections etc are good.
