Rom 102 rev 105

I have a rom102 rev 105 and a married ex dish sub 3900 can anyone please tell me what i need to buy in milli store to program this.I know i need an unlocker and a programmer but i am not sure if i need a j-tag or the rom code?

If the card is married to the receiver then all you need is the unlocker (unlock and can be used as programmer) and ISO programmer (more stable for programming IMO).
