Smart Card Not Inserted Correctly

Does any one know why I get Smart Card Not Inserted Correctly when using a rom 102 info on a rom 103 . This message flashes the I get video then the message again ? This only happens after I apply the blocker to it .

what type of rec r u using... rom 103 can only be used in dual tuners.....

Milli , Just wondering if your new blocker works with a rom103 in a single tuner? I am able to clone my 102 card to the 103 but it will only work with out a blocker .
If you need someone to test I have two cards I can burn.
