I need some help what this mean, when I read my 102 this is what I get...

Opening COM1.
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing COM1.


How can I fix it...

It can mean a few things:

1. No communication i.e. wrong port, cable connection
2. Hardware not compatible with software. What hardware are you using? Try N2Edit.
3. If everything mentioned in 1 & 2 is fine, then your card is looped.

And what about if this is looped what can I do, there is dead?

unfortunately there is no unlooping s/w at this time,
hold on to it there may be in the future...
