Ahhh -- finally discovered what I may have done two weeks ago. Newbie programmer here. However, I followed directions to a T. I obviously misinterpreted the directions in programming Mili's Ex-Sub Married I-CAM 311.
I figured out that my very last image (saving images every step of the way) contained all 00s. Every part of the image complete 00's --- Doh!!! Every image up until then included everything where it should be. Patch, password etc.
Hence -- now I have unknown provider - Rev 000. If any one has any clues on resurrecting -- I would appreciate it.
I guarantee my next project will include even more careful reading, and reading card twice -- before any write.
