Romcode Problem

When I open Romcode on my laptop the information (atr, caid cam sig etc.) displays out of place in various fields and I dont seem to have use of all the function buttons. I am running the .net v1.1 as specified and I cant figure out what the problem is. When I try the same program on my desktop it works fine. I have tried changing the the display resolutions and this had no effect. Has anyone had any similar problems?
