Are there HD receivers that take 102 cards and that are jtagable? IF so what about the second dish and the tiers?

The 6000 IRD will take ROM102. Don't know what you mean by "second dish"

I use the dish 1000 with the three lnbs on my dish 6000 and I get all the HD including voom stuff (mpeg 2 only). Still waiting for someone to crack one of the mpeg4 receivers.
