new with iso

I did a lot of research with this ISO programmer that my friend gave to me. This is my first time to use this thing...i really don't have a clue how to operate this. Please can anyone guide me how to work this...i'm tired of paying $20 everytime program my card. Here's the pictures.

as far as the opertation all u have to do is in here this forum or google search nexus iso
and watch what happens u be amazed
