romcode login problem

How do I get my rom code user name and pass re sent to me?? I cannot log in to the site to download and there is no customer support contact info. I cannot get the new rom code or anything from the romcode site
tried resetting my user name and pass or have it sent to me with no luck unless it takes them days to send it????

help would be great

Open RomCode and go to Manage Cams and were you see your name or email address double click and you will see it

ok it looks like my email is now invalid at romcode , only half of it is listed so I cannot get my pass user sent to me via email . how do I get this corrected???

I tried that and when I did the *** went to nothing?? very strange
i am going to try a few more possabilities of the pass and hope for the best. when trying to get it sent to me via the form it says my email is corrupted /invalid????

All I can do is if you let me know your original serial number or your ROMCODE username is to reset the password on your account. For me to do that you need to email me.

I finally got it brain stormed all my past passes and got in finally. i think i am ok now. for some reason my email address is not complete so I cannot accept emails from the romcode site to reset. i will live with it for now
