WHy does it say "Dealer or Stream locked"?

I just do not understand this...

I downloaded romcode 4.21

opened 4.06 (romcode) and cleaned both of my cards

* these cards have been out of the IRD since dishnet's "SPOOF" a couple of days ago

so, I cleaned the cards successfully under 4.06

then open 4.21 - and register (cam info, etc.)

Try to program card.. and they both say "Dealer or Stream Locked"

BOTH OF THEM SAY THIS!!!! WHY IS THAT ?

Somebody pleaaase help meeeeeee!

My Card is also locked at rev 10a and will not unlock, "Dealer or Stream Locked" any help please!!!!!!!!!!:confused:

I will sagest we all should use c0d3sP4c3 blocker and use c0d3sP4c3 Backdoor Utility v4.0 to update key so there will be less mess since there is no fix for auto roll key and with this utility you’r one click away to update the key so play safe ….
