using romcode 4.21 updated this mornign and was fine now 005 nag, whats up?

I don't have romcode, but try updating the keys

RomCode 4.21 working here for most channels (not 205, though) but all the rest (PPV, porn, PMSMBC, the Clinton News Network, etc.).)

Went down a few minutes ago with romcode. Went in and updated keys and am back up for the last 5 minutes. Let the fun begin!!

1 clean card with romcode
2 open nagramaster and read card
3 double click on the 0 key at the bottom of the program and an edit box opens
4 put in the new key
5 writh the image to the card
6 reprogram card with romcode

I gather then blocker that comes with RomCode is not autoroll?

Won't romcode rewrite the keys in there program over top of what we just saved? I just updated the keys on my card and still not authorized. Are these the correct keys that I programed?

I used MT Tierworks + RomCode and watching all channels. Using DT Tierworks did not get all channels (some of the tiers have expired). RomCode w/o MT tierworks did not work, but perhaps I used the wrong bin file?

in the romcode directory, there is a file called settings.ini. when you read it with a txt editor, it has 4 lines for the keys. they are all blank by default. if blank, i wonder if romcode uses autoroll or if you put the key in the setting.ini and save it, then program the card, will the keys get forced? this would be alot easier than all the other methods for changing the keys. i will try it when i get home tomorrow but anyone elses test results appreiated.

Thanks It did worked. I tried so many times with one step key change, didn't work. BUT finally I read your thread and I did follow the steps and finally it worked. Thanks a lot...
I did use Nagramaster 3.8.1 for My ROM102 to write the image with new keys
and then program it with ROMCODE 4.21 (ofcourse withoriginal settings.ini) and ......what else watching TV now...
Once Again Thanks....FOR THOSE IF SOME HOW one step key change doesn't work try this...
