I have a NETSIGNIA 210 and was wondering if I can use it to update my keys N2Edit then Romcode. Will this old device work?

i have no idea what setsignia is. if you are using romcode now and programming, why use anything else?

My buddy was doing all the programming but if the keys are changing all the time it's a not worth it to bug him all the time when I can use this"Netsignia 210" or if I can.

I use a netsignia 210 iso programmer all the time. It takes about a dollar worth of parts to mod. you open it up change the crystal to 3.68, solder it in and put together couldnt be easier, works 100% If you want to get real fancy just put the 2 crystals on a switch and you can then go with whatever you need at the time, though there is no dave stuff at present.

Where is the best place to get 3.68Mhz crystal? Rat shack?
Still getting response from the card using N2Edit and 3.579545-crystal
But for $1 I dont think its worth killing my card.

Hmmmmm Mine is unmodded. I bought it years ago when doing H cards. I have not done anything to it, including open it up to see what crystal it has. Damn thing has been working perfectly since the yellow cards came out.

Agreed, I also have been using my netsignia 210 sense the H days.

Just looked under the hood. My Netsignia is 3.57Mhz. Works great.
If you have one, give it a try. Be sure to face the ASIC up when you put the card in.

Thanks OHMs and everyone else. I'll give it a shot with Romcode and report back.
I'm getting ATR so should be OK.

ohms,
Mine is unmodded also. Now it will be easy to update keys with wireless laptop and netsignia. now I think it will be down to less than a minute for programming

I thought you needed a loader for Romcode. My ISO programmer will not work with Romcode. Is there a setting somewhere that needs changed.MY ISO has the right crystal as i use it with nedit no problem. Thanks

It was only on the last sotware update that they added unlocker support. ISO is what it has always used. If you ISO works in n2edit, then it will work for romcode.

After changing the command delay to1 and the byte delay to1 i am at least getting RC to go through the process but am getting Failed to find Blocker Patch!

Before i changed settins i was getting dealer locke or streamlocked. any help here?? Thanks

If the card reads find in N2Edit, then read it and then clean codespace and write back to card. Try that. If still no good... try playing with the byte delay and command delay some more. I don't see how a setting of 1 could make any diff. Try 50 or 100
