How To Manually Update Keys For Dummies

First of all make sure Romcode is not running.

Find the latest keys (both key 0 and key 1).

Copy and paste them into notepad. (make sure there are no spaces in between)

Do not close this file minimize it temporaraly

Double click the folder your Romcode software is located in.

Double click settings.ini, it will open up in Notepad.

Now open up the Notepad file you minimized and highlight and copy key 0

In setting.ini paste this key next to key0=

Copy key 1 from from the notepad file and paste it in settings.ini next to key1=

If you did it correctly the settings.ini should look like this

If it does, click save, exit and open up Romcode and program your card. You can also close the other notepad file now.

It is that simple. When the keys change again just change the appropriate key by doing the above.
