Thanks for the answer to the 005 nag

I was going crazy with the 005 nag. Didn't realize that the key grabber was giving me the wrong keys. The keys I got were close but off by a couple of digits.

Yes indeed I ran circles for a few minutes myself until I reaslied that Nagramaster's key retriever gives the wrong key. It gets it as
0CFA3973915FF554E9651C428B7ACAB2
as opposed to the correct
0CFA3973915FF554E9561C428B7ACAB2

My keygrabber had the right one all along.

press dish and it updates keys
save image
write to the card

basically, here's the situation i have..

romcode 4.21 is not working for me.. but 4.06 is

so i am trying to manually update my keys

I was already successful with one card

but for this card... i keep getting this message ALL DAY LONG

I tried every trick up update the keys (i.e.: updating keys with nagramaster, n2edit, romcode, etc.) none work with this 1 card.. the other cards works perfectly

so, what I did was read my card image with n2edit (since nagra says it's a "tough card") and then clean code space... patch new keys from dt tierworks.. then write image to card.. when i get that error

I had romcode 4.06 h then did a live update and it went to 4.21 working perfectly. Maybe try to download 4.06h and then do a live update. its possible 4.21 may be corrupted. i am not sure.

A fix!

Guys try this: Get latest version of MT tiuerworks, open RC program and clean, open B2Edit and read card and save image, open mt tierworks and click the big key button, it will say keys retrieved, next click the save keys and write button, next click the organize and wipe tiers, it will tell you the wipe is complete, slecet the modiufy bin file button and save the image over the one you just saved in N2Edit, Now in N2Edit write that image you just saved to your card. Now open RC and program as normal!

Works like a champ!
