read card right keys still 005

I cleaned card with 41h first then with 421 then I pasted new keys in ini file ,saved,closed, opened romcode ,programed card still 005. I then read card in nagramaster and it shows card has right keys but still 005. what am I doing wrong Thanks for any help

Give this a try---it worked for me----i use 4.06 to keep my local
Clean in Romcode
2. close romcode
3. open nagramaster 3.8.1
4. read card,
5. press dish and it updates keys
6. save image
7. write to the card
8. close 3.8.1,
9. open romcode
10. program without private bin

I have tired the above mentioned steps SEVERAL TIMES, (I have now lost count - still getting 005 nag.

When RC 4.22 and 4.23 still did not work for me I tried the following:

I have cleaned cared in RC (also have cleaned card in different versions)
Used Nagra 3.8.1 to read card image
pushed Dish button and obtained current keys
verfied keys were correct from RC key server
saved image
wrote to card using nagra 3.8.1
Programmed in ROM code 4.23

STILL 005 NAG. What am I doing wrong. I AM GOING MAD!!!:eek:

This is not a blank screen problem it is a 005 nag.

Somebody please help, I am pulling my hair ou!!!

After a week of plugging away at this damn card, I finally tried something that worked so please disregard my last post.

If anyone else is having this problem, here is what I did:

I cleaned card in RC 4.23
opened my orginal card image in nagra 3.8.1
updated orginal card image with the Dish buttom
verfied correct keys
wrote image to card
programmed card with RC 4.23

Now I can relax, somebody get me some Rogaine!
