Alright, so I joined this forum because I am about go start testing and programming and all that fun stuff by myself (at the moment someone else is programming for me) so I've looked into it and kinda have a general idea of how it goes, about Rom102, keys, ppv blockers and stuff like that, but that thread will come later (hehe), this thread will mostly end very very quick, its just about 2 things:

1.- Whats the procedure do a hard reboot (301 receiver)? I ask this because at the moment I am getting a signal error from one of the satellites, I think its 110, and this has happened before, so I know that with a hard reboot it will fix itself because I did that the first time and it worked, the problem is I forgot how to do it (I actually read it on this site, cant find the original thread).

2.- As of today (12am and onwards) I've been getting some red (a few green) tagged channels, from what I've read is that this is just a thing to do with the tiers' expiration dates, so im guessing that it can be easily fixed, but, am I on the right track with this one? (considering that im about to purchase a ISO programmer today and start downloading programs and reading guides throughly).

Well, thats about it for now, thanks for all the help in advance and keep up the awesome work.

for question 1 did you try check switch?

if you want to do a hard reset it goes like this (C&P)
# Turn on the receiver
# On the remote, press MENU then 6 and then 1
# On the remote, press the following sequence: INFO then BROWSE then THEME
# Press the TV/VIDEO button, and then the ird's Front power button to turn IRD off
# The receiver will reboot, flush its memory and redownload its software
# Now your receiver is RESET to Factory defaults
