I'll make it esy for ya, you shouldbe using a buffered Jtag anyways.

Depending on your soldering skills for intricate parts, you can build one as well...
I have made a few of them...
I'm good with a soldering iron though, the ability to do so is up to you.
I've got one of Mili's as well, both work great.
