Need help on ISO programmer.

I built ISO programmer Tucker_Isoprog6 download from this site with 3.68M crystal. The clock is clean on pin 8 of u2 but here are what i got back when I tried to read my card rom10

Opening of COM1 was successful
ATR String: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Error, unsupported card type
Closing of COM1 was successful

Can anybody help please.

If nothings wrong with your ISO prog,

then I think you used ne2. or you forgot to plug. or you card was looped.
