stram lock with romcode rom 102 rev 105

I was watching TV and suddenly the screen freezed. So I went to clean the card in ROmcode. IT was stream locked there is nothing I could do. Has this happen to anyone else. Anyone knows how to open the card? It is locked on rev 105
