I have been using Romcode for several months with minimal issues (other than the ones we all have had recently). I typically use my ISO, but am wondering if it makes a difference and have been thinking my loader may be the better way to go. Any comments or suggestions in regards to this ?

Second issue is that I keep getting "blackout" nag on Foxnet sports channels. FYI - I live in the Atlanta area and have my time zone set for Eastern DST and Local Remap to get Atlanta locals. I really would like to resolve this as my favorite sports teams are in St Louis and I like watching the Blues on 418 with the home town announcers. I can live without it if I have to as most of the games are on NHL Center Ice, but eliminating the nag would be nice. I probably just do not understand what is going on with this but last night I noticed I was getting this nag when I went to watch the Thrashers on Turner South also.

If you go to the AutoPPV.txt file and change the last two lines to:

!AddPPV 01 001388 0186A0 ;PPV Movies (5000 - 100000)
!AddPPV 02 001388 0186A0 ;PPV Events (5000 - 100000)

You should be good to go!

Try it and post back!

That is a wide open PPV string. Although they have not been ECMing on PPV strings in a while, it does present a larger target for ECM.

This file will be overwritten with the next update anyway so either do as bandit says and have LOTS and LOTS of porn. :) :) :) this is the only choice for most guys. :) :) :)

or

Wait for the update from romcode and have less porn till then. :( :(
or

Get the event IDs from the channels and edit this string to be a little tighter. This would give you all the channels, and less of a wide open string. :) :)

I am lazy, and think 3 or 4 porn channels are enough to hold me over till the update happens from romcode. I expect the PPV strings will be updated today or tomorrow as there are several references to this issue on the satjunction site.
