Missing PPV Channels on dish

I have up to 524 then it jumps to 537 on PPV channels on dish,I have a dish 500 with dp lnb,what could be wrong:(

Do a switchtest again to be sure you are getting both birds. Lose one bird and lose quite a few channels. Seen this problem several times!

Either bad cable connections or dish out of alignment can lose a bird and cause this problem!

Are you using plastic or fta? if using fta then use loop out for sat cable install....then scan.. i had one that was missing transponders and when i used the loop in it worked fine....not sure if this is the problem you have but let us know

This is a fta section so I assume thats what you have. Try ch 121 thats sat 110 then try ch 120 thats sat 119 if both those work your switch and dish etc is all working fine. Alot of channels moved tranponders lately a tp and rescan this will fix it. Some models call it blind scan.
