Coolsat 4000 won't take new files

I have a coolsat 4000 that won't take the new stb (135) I can only put the original factory file on it but when I try to put a new file it gets stuck while the file is installed and than the receiver won't boot up. All I can do at this point is use a J-tag to reset it back to default... Anyone see this before Any suggestions?

Are you using Loader v2.4?

STBtool ver 1.5 ... I was never able to put any files on this receiver
