If you're looking for a foolproof program to encrypt your hard drive, look no further than PGP.
In what could be construed as an advertisement for that company, it seems as the FBI has been trying - for over a YEAR - to crack the PGP-encrypted laptop belonging to scumbag killer Joseph Duncan, without success. Apparently, the program does a pretty good job:eek:

There is always a way to ghost ride.
Ghost
I thought Duncan gave the FBI the password as part of his plea bargain???
Also, doesn't PGP stand for Pretty Good Protection? Seems better than pretty good from where I'm sitting. ;-)

According to what I read yesterday only his attorney has the PW. He pled guilty in the state court to avoid the death penalty...now the feds want to try him in federal court, hoping to reinstate the death penalty.....and they need the evidence they feel is on his computer.
Child killers/molesters don't stand a chance in the pen anyway as the general population takes a dismal view of such folks. I say let his fellow inmates open his asshole up a bit, then slit his throat.

I'm a bit confused as to how these statements relate to PGP hard drive encryption...but I'm a bit old and slow these days. Maybe I need a vacation:eek:
