tuning bev

I have the antennea pointing at 110 and 119 with a skew...I will fine tune when I get the receiver but what I want to know is how to tune in bev when the azimuth is 210 for me and the dishnet is 235ish for me. Do I have to rotate the antennea?? that doesn't make sense.

thanks...I know how and where to find it I just want to know if I physically have to turn the dish in order to tune in that bird nim 4i is the one I want 91.1.....I'm new but I learn fast with a little patience
