help needed!!!

Hi, Guys
I,m trying to program my rom 102. When I use N2Edit software everything runs fine, but when I try using the GenDT08 (v3.3) read my card image bin102, I keep getting this message of "cannot assign a nil to a TRichEditStrings".
Can anyone help me with this one. I'm not asking to be spoon fed, but I've been butting my head against the wall for 4 days now.
