Autoroll Issue

can anyone tell me why autoroll is not working on my viewsat or coolsat? i have reloaded the newest pgm file and it still will not roll.. i can even manually enter the keys and it still dont work..only way i can get it to work is to create optkey from vskeys and it will then work..and on my coolsat i have it loaded with the latest 5k and it dont autoroll? also is the vskeys down? any suggestions would be great..thanks

They keep moving the keys around.
The are trying to get rid of it, and lock the cards out.

Ok Coolsat is working fine with 135 bin even the clones (cooltec etc) but of curse that clones use different bin
for coolsat load 135 bin and put any channel from 502 539: live it until pick the keys by itself
It just take longer that any other receiver
