newbie needs help with loader 2 & viewsat

I just bought a viewsat platnium lite and I'm trying to program it but when I try to load the .PGM file it stays at 0% and just keeps saying that it's resending the ZRQINIT but nothing ever happens. the front of the reciver says noCH...
any help would be greatly appriciated

ok I got it to work turns out a old program was using the port so I just had to get rid of it and it works fine now :o
