The Matrix Infinity Chip installed. My eyes aren;t what they used to be, I have to use a table top magnified lamp now-a-days. :(
[ALSO.. I just noticed I uploaded the wrong wiring pic, this one is of an older unit.. but the wiring is basically the same in this unit and I'm too lazy to uplaod the one of this one now..]

The FRONTview: As you can see, I used a Stone Textured paint for the paint job.

The REAR view.... I completely disassembled the unit for the paint.... the camera flash really made the different panels apparant.... looking at it in front of you, it;s much more uniform in appearance.

TOP view... I cut out a round window to expose the DVD reader and I also cut away most of the DVD top panel to expose the inner workings and also the actual DVD when inserted. I also placed a piece of lexan for the window.. to keep out the kiddos fingers and extra dust.

The PS2 sits upright in our entertainment center.. here you can see where the tray panel was treated as well... unfortunately I'll be disassembling this one to get the outer edge I somehow forgot to paint.. :o
BTW, this is a favorite game for the kids right now,.. notice all the fingerprints and scratches... which is why they play the back up copy.. hehe :D

And here is the PS2 as it sits when being played.. notice you can see the DVD spinning through the window.... unfortunately you can;t see the 4 RED led's I installed to give the window a red glow at night........
