keys change while watching tv (pansat3500)

ill just be watching tv, or switching channels and it will come up with "wait for picture" or "bad or scrambled signal" Then i ll go to the keys and see it went back to the 00... why does it do that?? so i just change it back to "01" and it works again

Now it wont even let me stay on the "01" it keeps going back to "00" after i save and exit the screen.

I had to turn off autoroll on mine to keep it running or the keys kept getting messed up too.
