different message with 4.06 and 4.23

Does anybody know why when I open RC 4.06 it says my card is unlocked, it reads card, comes up with cam signature and everything else and then says card cleaned successfully and then I try to program it says cam not registered or expired. Then when I open RC 4.23 it says card is dealer or stream locked. I do have a registered cam (the one that shows up in 4.06). Is there some way to set this cam up on 4.06 so I can program from there?

Shouldn't be using such old software-- 4.06 is not up to date anymore.

Because it isn't working properly anymore-- thus the update.

don't use 4.06 anymore it's old version then for 4.23 after you go to cam setup user name and password click add user then click refresh cam list and wait 5 minutes it should work and you will be able to get things going
