NM and ND13 trouble [Archive]

With a brand shinny new white nexus, having trouble running NM either 3.8.1 or 4.07. both give me the same results where when writing to card, or glitching, it tells me the program required NewD13.

The nexus flashes fine, and other scripts in WinEx that check for ND13 seem to be ok.

Any advice?

Ok folks. Just for the record... I tried it on another computer, and it worked no problem.
