I have a Mik III Rev C that I have been using to unlock rom102 rev 103’s and 105’s and haven’t had any problems at all. I changed out the 4053’s with 4619’s and tried to unlock a rom102 rev107 and looped it on the first try in 20 seconds. This is the first card that I have looped since the rom3 days. Did I just have some bad luck or are the higher revs just really touchy and easy to loop. Has anyone else run into this problem when replacing the 4053’s?
So it is possible to open rev103 with old Mik III without doing any mod? What software did you flash it to open rev103?

You do have to mod the mik III
search for mikobu iii mod and you will find out how.
My Mik III is a M6.2 and is modded and I have unlocked up to rev 105 with out any problems.
higher revs are easy to loop if the resistance is not set right ...I my self have looped a couple 108's and 107's ......just the other day I was trying to unlock a 107 at @ 200 ohms and was getting a weird responce so I tried higher ohms @ 500-700 and was getting weirder then I dropped to @ 50-100 and was on its way then started actin funny again so I set it back to @ 200-300 and it looped with in a couple secs......I usually am able to unlock with no probs but every now and then get a stubborn card and sometimes loop em....good luck on your next one......also make sure the chips are installed correctly this may be a prob as well

Can I just mod the Mikobu III M6.2 and don't change the chip to 4619. and program + unlock the 102 card with rev 103 or Rrev 105? thank!:D

I too use the mik lll c to do my cards & it's excellent on lower rev's, if i were to do an 4619 upgrade i'd piggyback them so you could use eather / or if you know what i mean.
don't think piggy back is good idea...4619 will also do 103 and 105.....all it does is give you faster glitching.....

Can I just mod the Mikobu III M6.2 and don't change the chip to 4619. and program + unlock the 102 card with Rev 103 or Rev 105? thank!:D yes you can. I've been unlocking and programing rev 103 and 105 with my MIK III 6.2 rev C green case with any problems pot set @ 2.19K. BTW i just ordered a couple sets of those 4619's to replace the 4053's so, experts: can I unlock rev 106 and 107 once moded? thanks.
