Might not be the place but I'll give it a try anyways. I was in bodybuilding for many, many years but stopped for some dumb reason. Well it's time to get back in it, not pro though. I want to get the bulk back up. I'm looking for something LEGAL to buy that will give me the results of steriods. Is this possable? I miss the massive look. Anybody have any suggestions? remember I want legal stuff with proven results. Thanks

Dude, I have been body building for the last 20 years. Never took anything illegal, but did take some 'helpers' along the way.

Do a cycle of some thermogenics. Although they are not what it used to be with all the pure ephedrine taken out of them, they are still good. I've always liked them for the extra energy it gives. Take this with Creatine and also a good protein (whey) powder. Do the thermo till it's done but continue for another 2 weeks with the creatine. Continually take the protien.

In about 8-12 weeks you will be 'da man' again. Work hard at it though!!

Get EAS or Kaizen brand creatine. Take 5 tsp a day for 5 days, then 1 maintenance tsp for the next 8 weeks. Drink LOTS of water!

It works, trust me.

I personally do not believe that steroids are good, but I did build wash tub abs with a lot of bud and Tequila sunrises! Cheers!

Well I prefer to walk with my arms being able to touch my hips rather than do the 'gorilla wadle', but a few months ago realised that I should get back to some basics of physical fitness since my lifestyle is too sedentary.

I hired some Mexican kid to jog for me. Pay him $5/week and he's up to 10 miles weekly now. Personally haven't noticed any difference but these things take time.

PS bottomline: don't despair or give up, it will happen.

LOL!!!
