help me the keys don't work

Hi, I am a newbie, I changed the keys but still doesn't help. The vplug info is showing"softcam key not found...and Your SoftCam.Key does not have Nagra2 Idea Keys (N 0101 01 ...) :( What is the problem? I am with a hauppage card
