102 w/these rcvrs

I have a 301.013 that was used with the avr-x card and a 311 with the integrated 102, if i get a 102 card can i use it with these receivers or do i need to do something to them first?

102 will work on a 301.13 it may require a vid mod, as far as the 311 I not sure exactly what has to be done.
